Earlier this week, Dr. Gizem Keskin, Postdoctoral Research Fellow in our lab, facilitated the last day of a two-part workshop on SEM-based approaches to growth modeling

This first iteration of the workshop—developed for graduate students and postdoctoral trainees—took place in the Department of Psychology, University of Calgary. The workshop provided participants with knowledge and materials to apply growth modeling approaches to their developmental research questions. Gizem taught statistical models, linked them to research questions, and provided analytical code to support participants in becoming self-sufficient in conducting their own analyses.
