Abby Wins Undergraduate Research Award

Today, Abby Marsh, an honours student and volunteer in our lab, was presented with an Office of the Vice Provost (Libraries and Cultural Resources) Undergraduate Research Symposium Award. Abby’s oral presentation in October was on “Parent technoference and child internalizing and externalizing problems: A systematic review and meta-analysis”. It emphasized that technoference can be modified and that interventions should prioritize healthy technology use and face-to-face interactions in families. This study was co-authored with Rachel Eirich and Dr. Sheri Madigan. Abby’s oral presentation video and abstract can be found on the Student’s Union YouTube Channel.

Nice work Abby!
